Playback Theater is an art form that brings personal stories to life through improvisation, acting, movement, and music. In a supportive and welcoming space, participants share everyday experiences, memories, and reflections, which are mirrored back on stage in real time.
About the Workshop
Through improvisation and theater exercises, participants train in the essentials of Playback. The weekly meetings offer a thoughtful environment to:
Develop deep listening and presence in the moment
Practice creative thinking and spontaneous storytelling
Cultivate empathy and gain fresh perspectives on personal experiences
Experience the art of reflection—telling a story and seeing it given back through theater
No prior theater or acting experience is required.
