During the High Holy Days, tradition invites us to place a hand on our chest for Vidui - but what if this ancient gesture wasn't meant to wound, but to awaken? Drawing on Jewish sources, this experiential study session reframes the physical gesture into a tender knock on the heart’s door. Join Dana Gretzer Gotlieb and the Women of Sinai for a meaningful blend of text study, mindful reflection, and communal conversation as they cultivate self-compassion, forgiveness, and renewal for the New Year.
