Post B'nei Mitzvah Classes - Being Jewish in the 21st Century: Tuesday, November 1 from 7:00 to 8:00 pm. Sinai teens are invited to join a special new program with Rabbi Berkenwald on the first Tuesday of the month. We will explore contemporary issues from a Jewish perspective by investigating recent cases addressed within the Conservative Movement. Examples include Genetically Modified Food, Headcoverings - Who, What, When, Where, and Why?, Are Piercings Permitted, "God" or "G-d?", Why do we eat hamantaschen on Purim?, and more.
