Bar Mitzvah of Joshua Rothenberg
Hi! My name is Josh Rothenberg. I have been at Sinai and the religious school as long as I can remember. I am in 8th grade and like playing video games like Rocket League and Valorant with my friends, and playing sports like lacrosse and football. I am so excited to have my bar mitzvah on August 21st. I am the fourth Rothenberg to have my bar mitzvah at Sinai. My parsha, Ki Teitzei, is about when the Israelites are about to enter the land of Israel and due to Moses not being able to enter, he gives a final speech to all the travelers. I am so excited to be able to share this special day with all of my friends and family, online or in person. And of course I am giving a big thank you to Doug Brook, Rabbi Berkenwald, and my family for making all of this possible. I can't wait to see you there!
Oren and Heather Rothenberg invite you to join their family as they celebrate the Bar Mitzvah of their son, Joshua, at Congregation Sinai. Services on Shabbat morning will take place both in-person and will also be livestreamed. Please join Joshua and his family for this wonderful simcha.

Please note that if you attend in-person, you may appear on-screen. The livestream view will be of the ark, the bima, the podium and the first two rows in the Sanctuary. Anyone whose preference is not to be included in the frame should sit a few rows back and not ascend the bimah.
