Bar Mitzvah of Idan Minkowski
Yuval and Julia Minkowski invite you to join their family as they celebrate the Bar Mitzvah of their son, Idan, at Congregation Sinai. Services on Shabbat morning will take place via Zoom. Please join Idan and his family for this wonderful simcha.
Hello, my name is Idan Minkowski. I was born in Israel and moved to California when I was eight months old. I have been a Sinai Member for most of my life. Currently, I am a 7th grader at Yavneh Day School. I enjoy skateboarding, biking, drumming, listening to music, and spending time with family and friends.
I am excited about celebrating my Bar Mitzvah on February 20. My parashah is Trumah, which focuses on detailed instructions on how to build the Tabernacle (“Aron Ha-Kodesh”). I am very excited that I can celebrate this special day with everyone even though it’s virtual.
I would like to thank Iris Bendahan and Rabbi Berkenwald for helping me prepare for my Bar Mitzvah. Looking forward to seeing you on that special occasion.
